If you can’t login to the add-on, it’s usually down to one of the following problems:
- The details haven’t been entered correctly. Try logging into Spike to check that the details you have are correct, and then try again.
- You have a new account. It takes around 15 minutes for us to set you up with the add-on after your account is created. This happens automatically.
- Your Spike account is no longer active. If you cannot log into Spike either, speak with our Customer Success team to check or renew your access. If your account is renewed, it will take around 15 minutes for the change to take effect in the add-on.
- You are trying to use the add-on with more than one Google account. Your access is linked to the Google account you used when you first logged into the add-on, and cannot be shared with more than one.
